Series 900 Commercial Horizontal Sliding Windows
Boyd's Series 900 is a high-performance commercial aluminum horizontal sliding window system available in XO, OX, OXO, or XOX configurations, including double-slider arrangements. Its thermal-break construction and HS-HC45 rating make the Series 900 an excellent choice for schools, universities, hospitals, military buildings, government offices, and other large-scale commercial or institutional applications.
The Series 900 features a 4" main frame depth, two tandem adjustable stainless-steel ball-bearing roller assemblies at each operating sash, dual weatherstripping, and insulated glass with continuous wraparound marine glazing up to 1" thick. Fixed and operating sash are removable from the interior for cleaning and maintenance without deglazing. True divided-lite, interior, and applied muntin options, screens, coordinated perimeter accessories, finish selections, and project-specific customization support unique architectural and operating requirements. When matching fixed lights are needed, Boyd can also help coordinate the appropriate fixed-window system.
